Aimee has been in the fitness business since 2008, teaching everything from yoga to Zumba, in small group training sessions, personal training, and corporate wellness. She loves the connection within the community of group exercise and personal training, leading with energy, care, and motivation. Aimee believes the power of movement can improve all aspects of life, and through Cadence Fit is committed to empowering others to grow in strength and health.
In addition to exercise, Aimee loves beach days, dance parties, Disneyland, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, big IPAs and good reds, UFC, and making sourdough bread.
